If I understand it correctly, there are weapon attacks and there are spell attacks and that covers all attacks. So if an attack isn't one, it's the other.

Maybe say “every attack currently.” Wouldn’t want to limit design space (i.e. to balance a psionic character of necessary) This distinction is built into the core. Psionics work within that framework.

When you take the Dash action, you get extra movement equal to your speed. If you have more than one speed, the relevant speed is the one you're using to move. The Dash action doesn't use the speed of an item/vehicle/mount you're using. #DnD https://t.co/EEuNwe4FcV

Reminder: If I make a ruling about a particular spell—shillelagh, for instance—or other game feature, that ruling has no bearing on anything else in the game. Only general rules apply universally, and even they are overruled by exceptions. And the DM decides in the end. #DnD
