Twin and War Caster have always been different enough to have unique rulings. Twinned Spell requires the spell to be incapable of targeting more than one creature. For War Caster, it doesn't matter how many creatures the spell CAN target, only that it IS only targeting ONE.

That’s correct. A melee weapon with the thrown property is still a melee weapon when you throw it.

@ScottManwellThx Jeremy! Does the 1 size larger apply to if the psuedo dragon picks the halfling up in it’s claws instead of “mounting”? A pseudodragon has a carrying capacity of 45 lb. A halfling plus gear weighs more than that.
