@daedel @JeremyECrawfordDo souls still travel through shadowfell to their final destinations? DM's call – depends on your setting's lore. I don't think there's a non-world specific answer in the game

Invisibles against invisibles
@seanbonneyHow do you run combat with naturally invisible creatures like Invisible Stalkers? Counter w/ active Perception? Always hidden? Passive Perception to notice it works fine; not always hidden, though it can hide at any time since it can't be seen.
— Rodney Thompson (@wotc_rodney) May 15, 2015
@seanbonneyBut even if perceived, it’s still invisible, so attacks against it always at disadvantage and its attacks always at advantage?
Yep.

Monster damage
@ChrisPerkinsDnD 4e Question: was comparing demons level 11-20 in Monster Builder, and attack damage seems small. Shouldn't it scale up?
— Swidhelm Rozendorf (@crankydwarf) May 14, 2015
In early 4E products, monster damage was often too low. We adjusted monster damage in later products. https://t.co/V4tPgUrh7c

Beholder’s eye rays
@CraigHaasis A beholder's eye rays don't involve attack rolls. Like many spells, they require saves. @ChrisPerkinsDnD @wotc_rodney

Gnoll Monk
@ChrisPerkinsDnD thoughts on a houseruled Gnoll/monk based on the MM gnoll? Player has a great character concept I'd love to see workout.

Keep the gnoll's Rampage feature. Also: He/she needs a hat made from a human rib cage. https://t.co/UyTLlFWNzw

Does Counterspell work against a creature’s innate spell-like ability?
@GSLLC @JeremyECrawford#DnD #5e question: Does the spell, Counterspell, work against a creature’s innate spell-like ability? works against anything that is a spell. so, a creature that has an ability to cast fireball would be subject to it
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) April 25, 2015
@GSLLC @JeremyECrawfordBut Medusa’s gaze. “Magical” but not a spell, so can’t be counterspelled, right? Drow innate spell could be.
correct – ability must boil down to “creature casts X” where X is a spell
