…and here are several more. Some of these “flavor sketches” (like the Skeksis-ripoff) were ultimately published to fill spaces in the booklets. pic.twitter.com/ecu9TWEMGa

Concept: undead dragon is raised and sets out for revenge on the slayers
What do they whisper to thee, old bones that once were dread dragon?
Do they tell thee thy brow-horn is now a sword-rogue’s favorite flagon?— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) January 25, 2019
Concept; undead dragon is raised and sets out for revenge on the slayers, collecting up the pieces they took. Scales for armor, blood and organs for magic, claws and fangs for weapons. A great campaign idea. I've done it once in Realms gaming, and seen it done in a Chivalry & Sorcery campaign back in the 1980s, and in fiction (short stories) twice. Can be superb if well handled.

3 from the Netflix Marvel shows, 1 is Shaggy. I don't know about the other two, but I'm sure they're good actors too. All in all, great group of people 🙂

Would Jeff Bridges make a good Elminster?
Hmmm. After seeing RIPD, just possibly. Needs to sound more English or Welsh and less down-home Murrican, but…yes. ;}
However, if Nicol Williamson were still alive, his Merlin in EXCALIBUR was VERY close.— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) January 25, 2019
What are the prevailing winds west of the Evermoors like?
What are the prevailing winds west of the Evermoors like? Are they mostly westerlies coming off the ocean? You have the right of it: mostly westerlies, coming off the ocean. :}#Realmslore

How does one pronounce the “ffolk” of the Moonshaes?
How does one pronounce the “ffolk” of the Moonshaes. I’ve always just said “folk” but I’m listening to one of Doug’s books on Audible, and they are doubling the f in the verbal pronunciation and it sounds… odd. From the early TSR "published Realms" days, as Doug's Albion campaign was eased into the Realms to replace my original Moonshaes, the TSR staff pronounced "Ffolk" with the double "f" so that's how it has always been to me.#Realmslore
