Knowing when help when needed, and not being afraid to ask, is the mark of a confident individual. Designating those helpers, and issuing #rpg ground rules to be ready and waiting (not interjecting) is the mark of a good #dnd team.

My youngest player starts D&Ds with me at 21y and she was so amazed that after 4yrs she open a FLGS, play every day and introducing newbie customers to the RPGs. So inspiring, so proud of her💗

It’s official. Today, I am formally announcing my plan to decriminalize necromancy at the Player’s Handbook level. It’s time we allow Dungeon Masters, once and for all, to have the power to decide what works best for them. I tried to make The Necromancer in my story/game a Chaotic Good type who got a bit misguided. The party killed him even after he revived (by turning into skeleton) one of the party member's pets.

Confused with Quicken Spell. The PHB makes me think that the bonus action spell can only be a cantrip, quicken spell changes this? Ex:Cast Scorching Ray as normal, then uses SP to cast again as a bonus action? Or EX: Scorching Ray but SP could only cast a cantrip? RAW, you could not cast Scorching Ray twice in the same round. You could use your Action to cast a Cantrip (like Firebolt), then Quicken Spell to cast Scorching Ray as a bonus action.
