I have a question about transitioning in Exandria. What are the options? Like Polymorph? Potions? Or Surgery?

I have a new party and all the players are Trans in real life, so I’d like to know in case someone wants to be transgender in the game 🙂 I personally imagine both surgical and magical options (potions, spells) available.
