The main question is who develops the spelljamming science. Cannith? The Zil? The Arcane Congress? Does it REQUIRE a dragonmark, and if so, which one? Essentially, do you WANT someone to have a monopoly, or do you want a sphere race?

UA Dragonmarks for Eberron
Dragonmarks are physical manifestations of the Draconic Prophecy, a mystic sigil that appears on the skin.

Strength for attack with net?
@JeremyECrawford Strength for attack with net? PHB pg 14 seems to imply you have that option but the description of the Thrown property doesn't say anything about altering the stat used for a ranged weapon. If you can choose Str for net what is the purpose for Finesse on dart? 1
— Dave Williams (@DaveWil33) June 26, 2018
The finesse property on a weapon lets you choose whether you use Strength or Dexterity with that weapon.
If a weapon lacks that property, you don't get to choose, unless a rule says otherwise. #DnD https://t.co/7aj0Ps1Qqi

There are also 1st and 4th edition versions of Baba Yaga’s dancing hut. All are different yet full of wacky stuff. The original 1st edition adventure (Dragon magazine 83) has a Soviet tank in it, as I recall. #wotcstaff https://t.co/CW4OcJiDH0

Warforged: “you gain no benefit from wearing armor.” Does this extend to the magical properties of armor?
@mikemearls The updated Warforged says “you gain no benefit from wearing armor.” Does this extend to the magical properties of armor as well? Can warforged not benefit from a +1, or adamantine armor’s crit-negating, or from demon armor’s unarmed strikes? #DnD
— Dave Eisinger (@DaveEisinger) July 24, 2018
“You gain no benefit from wearing armor” means you gain no benefit, no matter what that armor is. #DnD https://t.co/s08c6KbGDI
— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) July 24, 2018
That seems…..kind of backwards. If armor is so tough that certain hits can't penetrate it, or provides a magical property, it shouldn't matter who is wearing it. I think this ruling could make Warforged (and any other race that gains no benefits) feel at a disadvantage.

Please make sure to give your feedback when we release a survey on the warforged and the other Eberron races released in today's Unearthed Arcana. #DnD https://t.co/h6mpSAkaYJ

Is there a particular reason for the shift in rules for casting?
Last campaign you tweaked some rules (e.g., you allowed bonus actions to be cast up to 2nd level). While this campaign you’re using RAW (e.g., can only cast a cantrip if you’ve cast a BA spell). Is there a particular reason for the shift in rules for casting? That ability breaks things in favor of casters in the lower levels, so I’m including it as an optional feat at lvl 8 this go around

2)
“Looked at yourself in a mirror? When we hung the cape on ye, it looked like an awning draped over a heap of meat!”
“Listen! That’s what a cape IS. Now a lantern and a pan each, and I’ll manage the turnips, you boarbums.”#epic fantasy— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) July 10, 2018
