If a rogue attacks an enemy when emerging from a cover source, does he still gain benefit of stealth in the attack?

@IanPlakiasIf a rogue attacks an enemy when emerging from a cover source, does he still gain benefit of stealth in the attack? Only if the rogue is still hidden when making the attack.
