Hey uhm @ChrisPerkinsDnD I have a question about Waterdeep! Would one of the Lords hold a Winter Ball in either the Castle or the Palace of Waterdeep? The Open Lord of Waterdeep, Lady Laeral Silverhand, Queen of Stornanter and Chosen of Mystra, certainly has the authority to do that. Moreover, she would generally be inclined to invite Waterdavians from all wards and strata of the city. #wotcstaff
