Q4: Two weeks ago we discussed worldbuilding. Which Dungeons and Dragons world settings do you enjoy, and what features make them stand out? I enjoy all of those, and have worked on/in them all. I’ll admit to being most partial to my own creation, the Realms, but was in with Jeff at the advent of Spelljammer, worked on Ravenloft before it got published, too, and did a LOT of rules writing for 2nd ed.#SciFiChat

Any opinion on Eberron? I’m guessing you didn’t have much to with it. Heh. I’m enjoined to silence, but let’s just say Peter Archer and I had some fun talks about what sort of setting we wanted to see, that wouldn’t be a “Realms copy,” and by an astonishing coincidence, the winning setting ticked all of the boxes we agreed upon.#SciFiChat

I knew (vaguely) about the contest, but I didn’t know you had a hand in deciding the winner. Oh, not in deciding the winner; I saw no entries. What I had a hand in was defining what sort of setting would most enhance the TSR lineup, to augment the worlds they had going.#SciFiChat
