@TheEdVerse What were the most far-flung Netherese enclaves when Karsus's Folly occurred? Are there any unexplored ones in strange places today?

1)
“Most far-flung” depends on your reference point; if that’s the Sword Coast, then the best-candidate Netherese enclaves (that still exist, crashed, ruined, abandoned, overgrown, and monster-infested today) would likely be the… 2)
…flying cities of Arongahurr, above the NE-most Shadowmount Peaks (on the frigid shores of Yal Tengri); Telarrzhard (in the peaks NE of Nix, nigh The Yehimal); and Urvraunt (in the NE-most Mountains of Amara).
(And yes, all unexplored.)#Realmslore— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) February 13, 2021
They had all sorts of automatons and coerced monsters and tamed beasts and animated weapons; everyone did their own thing.
So adventurers today can find darned near ANYTHING.#Realmslore— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) February 16, 2021
Just about anything that likes the climate they're located in. Most are in remote wilderlands, and they make great lairs. The problem if you're "small fry" but not really small, is that if something like a dragon moves in, it gets inhospitable for everyone else, fast.#Realmslore
