I’m wondering how half drow would be seen in Eberron since all races and classes have a place? Will there be more sourcebooks for Eberron 5th ed? Hope so. Half-drow are most common in Stormreach, where they are accepted as part of the populace. In Khorvaire they're curiosities, as most people have never seen drow before; but there's no negative stigma attached to drow heritage.

What about amongst drow tribes? I’m also curious about any possible future books for 5th ed eberron beyond just the core book? The drow cultures of Xen'drik generally see the people of Khorvaire (largely correctly) as colonists and despoilers and avoid them. I don't think half-drow would be shunned, but they wouldn't be celebrated as half-orcs are in the Shadow Marches.

hey, is there a reason that the Sharn council was reduced to 12 members? do the councilors still directly represent their districts? IIRC Rising includes a d12 table of counselors. It’s not supposed to be all of them; it’s just that the table only includes 12.

in your opinion do Changelings revert your origin form when they “die” or go unconscious/0 hp? by RAW changelings revert when they DIE but not when they are unconscious (it would be hard to maintain a long term masquerade if you revert when you sleep!).

I bet suggested that a piece of a Changeling — such as cut hair — WILL revert, but that this is slow and may take up to 24 hours. So cutting hair isn’t a foolproof technique.

I’m playing a warforged cleric in a campaign and we acquired a belt of dwarvenkind and I really wanted to be the warforged-with-a-beard… but by RAW I think you have to be able to grow hair for it to work.

I have a Tabaxi Bard/Rogue in my campaign, and we’re looking to flesh out his background a bit. The simple answer is “Tabaxi live in Xen’drik.” More exotic possibilities: they were magebred as soldiers by House Vadalis; they’re shifters altered by being born in a Lamannian manifest zone; they’re house cats transformed by the Mourning.

If I ever use tabaxi in my #Eberron, it’ll be in a ruined city in the Mournland where the cats survived and were transformed into humanoids. And can’t stop singing. Whenever you pass through a doorway roll on a random table to see what scale the area is

1-5 normal human scale

6-10 slightly larger scale, normal human is effectively Small

11-19 much larger, normal human is effectively Tiny

20 nightmare, normal human is effectively vermin

Is King Boranel a guy who is popular with the ladies, does he womanize, ect as far as the whole not having a heir, maybe he does but it’s a bastard OR is he not like that at all? Boranel has many children; according to Five Nations, he "has outlived three wives and has eleven fiercely
independent children (six sons and five daughters)." It's simply that none of them are currently seen as living up to his legacy.

That seems reasonable. In our world, it’s not implausible for a sniper to hit a target up to 1,200 meters away — even farther than your warlock. Won’t be much use if an adventure takes place indoors or if you don’t know the enemy in advance, though…

How big are the storm spires and could they be attached to a Lyrandar airship or will I have to downsize?
Storm spires are eldritch machines, meaning their exact workings are up to the DM. Personally I'd say that there's never been a mobile one in the past, a Lyrandar artificer developing a spire that can be mounted in an airship is an interesting story.

I have a plot where an (unwilling) agent of the Dragon cults are being shaken down by the players for information. Im trying to find a magical ‘leash’ for the cults to yank back to punish the agent for being found out, but the only thing I can think of, having this blast of chaos energies surge from a tattoo on his head that turns him into a Dolgaunt variant doesnt quite fit in with the lore of the dolgaunt that I've been able to find. Would it make sense for a powerful iteration of The cults below to have this kind of failsafe?

Which power does this cultist serve? Orlassk might petrify a compromised minion. Kyrzin could have an ooze that consumes them from within. Dyrrn could turn them into something like a dolgaunt, sure. Have you read Exploring Eberron?

he’s a artificer being indirectly controlled by the Transcedent Flesh. he’s selling arms and armor to the Warforged of the Cogs who are being threatened and Harassed by Anti-WF factions (also supported by the cult) in order to remove the warforged as obstacles in a larger plot. essentially when the players press this guy for information the Powers that be in the cult are going to trigger something so he attacks the players as this cult specific thing. Like in the old Crime movies when the snitch gets killed just as the detective starts to press him.

Yeah, Transcendant Flesh could certainly trigger a transformation. You could use the statistics of a dolgaunt even if he's not an actual dolgaunt, just something similar.
