How do you stay focused when writing?
I just step into whatever setting the story takes place in, in my mind, glance around just long enough to make sure it's the right one, then turn back to the tale that needs telling, and get to work. (It's worked for 55 years and over 400 books.)

I don’t know if young master Liam has heard the tread of the giant centipede in time…
"Tread", #Inktober drawing 20 and the final entry that I missed last month. The original sketch is from 2016. This piece is the THIRD attempt at inking it. Anyway, I don't know if young master Liam has heard the tread of the giant centipede in time… #Inktober2019 #DnD pic.twitter.com/kP2kldP1jq

What action should we take when, for example, we have a Aasimar Celestial Warlock, both receive Light cantrip?
As a rule of thumb, what action should we take when, for example, we have a Aasimar Celestial Warlock, both receive Light cantrip? The rules don’t have anything for that interaction.
As a DM, you could offer another cantrip that fits the theme, if you like.

Do Warforged come in dwarf or gnome size or are they generally human sized?
listened to your Lore You Should Know about warforged colossi. Do warforged come in dwarf or gnome size or are they generally human sized? Gnome colossi were used for gleefully destroying armies with a spry gnomish dance but the most feared of the colossi were dwarf colossi whose beards were braided over a series of months before being attached.

What do you call the opposite of a “natural 20”? Do you call it an “unnatural 20”?

It depends on which of the seven kingdoms you come from. In the North it's "20 Snow," but in the Reach it's "20 Flowers." https://t.co/QfGeSt8VV4
