Started Death Masks. A fairly good and enjoyable read. Though, you know, I love your style.
Having a questions already.
The novel says that mind reading is painful hard etc process in the book.
Though there are multitude of mind reading spells in 5E
How it interacts? Is the thing El/Laeral used at the start more high-pitch mind reading form? Therefore hard, almost impossible etc.

Indeed. As long as psionics don't DISRUPT the Weave (who is, after all, Mystra herself), Mystra doesn't concern herself with psionics, other than keeping close watch. Too busy with all the arcane shenanagins!#Realmslore
