Mantle of Flame : Whenever you roll fire damage on your turn, the roll gains a bonus to equal to your Charisma modifier.
Scorching Ray damage is: Attack Roll 2d6, Attack Roll 2d6, Attack Roll 2d6
i would be inclined to have it applied to each rays
