I am curious to what would the Aeranel Elves of the undying court think about the Kalashtar relationship with the Quori and vice versa. Both races have a “Spirit” which guides them so to speak. Would there be high or low respect between them? Or would they not care?The two paths are actually quite different. The kalashtar bond is a genetic connection to an alien entity; the Aereni are tied to ancestral spirits through conscious devotion.

I think it’s a basis by which an Aereni and a kalashtar could develop a sense of kinship, but I don’t see it as forming an overall bond between the cultures.
