In 5e, how should a Druid of the Moon be tweaked for Eberron? Should it be all the moons or just one? Lycanthropes respond to all the moons; I'd expect druids to do the same.

I'd expect them to gather at certain lunar convergences instead of just "the full moon." I don't see any need to change mechanics.
