If you have played Tier 4 (levels 17-20) of #DnD 5e as a player, how would you rate your experience on this very scientific scale:
1= hate
2= ok, but not eager to do again
3= fun sometimes
4= favorite tier— James Introcaso (@JamesIntrocaso) April 12, 2021
I often see the argument that “There’s not T4 content, so of course people don’t play it.” But when you consider about 70% of D&D DMs play in homebrew worlds and write their own adventures, I’m not sure that holds up. There’s tons of T4 content out their from 3rd party folks too! Damnit. *there

I voted 4, which, "favorite tier" isn't accurate, but "fun sometimes" is a coward's answer, so. We go hard here. 4 it is.

Dang it’s like I physically reached out to press three and then Dan comes and slaps my hand away Heh. For me, tier 4 was fun all the time, and honestly was the first time in a long time I played high level D&D that didn't break down at a fundamental level. I was incredibly impressed at the seamless transition.

I put "fun sometimes," but we actually really enjoyed it! I think tier 3 is our table's favorite though.
Tier 4 took a lot of time and effort for me to create challenges and combats worthy of their power level.
