@JeremyECrawford Either an interesting or stupid question: Freezing: If a H2O Elemental takes cold damage it's speed is reduced by 20 until the end of its next turn. Does that stack? Say 3 attacks with cold damage before it's turn = 60 ft less of movement? Thanks for reading!

The Freezing trait of a water elemental doesn't get worse each time the creature takes cold damage. It's a flat speed reduction. #DnD https://t.co/bqRwrmwDVy
