How strong of a case could be made for a half-elf of a particular race (say half-drow) getting access to the elf subrace feats (like drow high magic)? DM's call, but the prereqs on the feat are clear, it's elf, not half-elf. See the difference between Elven Accuracy and Drow High Magic.
