have a question: Echo Knight’s can attack from the location of their echo. If I am 15ft away from the target of my ranged attack but my echo is 5ft away/adjacent and I choose to have the attack come from the the echo, is that attack at disadvantage? I would think no because “a ranged attack is more difficult when the foe is next to you” and the foe wouldn’t be next to me.
Apologies if this has been handled somewhere but I’ve been searching and can’t get a definitive answer.

If the attack from your echo is a ranged attack, it would impose disadvantage (imo) as it is the proximity to the target from the ranged weapon that challenges the accuracy, with the target near and harrying. But ultimately it’s up to the DM
