Do you let PCs become werewolves and vampires in your games? Haven't done the vampire thing. I've had games with PC lycanthropes but we always add some actual, you know, curse elements to the "curse" of lycanthropy.

If I have a player that wants to play a lycanthrope without the curse elements there are better ways, using supernatural gifts and things like Path of the Beast, shifters, etc.
