@YMichaelZhangDo attacks with magic staves like Staff of Frost count as magical for resistance purposes? yes

@YMichaelZhangSo why do some staves specify that they count as magic quarterstaff, but some don’t? E.g. Staff of Withering. Just reminder? yeah – a magic item is a magic item. I'm actually not a fan of reminder text like that – muddles things.
