So, my #DnD people, can someone give me a run down of @matthewmercer table rule about spellcasting that can allow for a spell cast as an action and as a bonus action, I can never get my head around it properly. The campaign 1 house rule was: You can cast two spells in one round, so long as one of them was 2nd level or lower. ‘Twas born out of a worry for party size.

We decided to drop it for the second campaign.
