…around an arm or their torso, then hurling yourself down or aside, to tug/drag them helplessly into a fall or hazard or another foe’s reach.

I’m southern. We take feeding people seriously. If it weren’t for the distance and health concerns involved I’d be unable to resist offering to help Is all good. We have eaten. Aging diabetics can't stretch time that much when it comes to restoking the inner fires. And I have a trick: an airtight box of cold cooked sausages in the fridge for fast munching. ;}
