I understand the ruling, looking for an explanation why rule is designed this way. A character with War Caster can “perform complex somatic components of spells” while holding 2 bulky weapons. But not 2 wands especially designed for casting (because not weapons). WHY is this so? Because it was written with martial/casting hybrid type classes in mind (lookin' at YOU, Eldritch Knight).
