@BrandesStoddard The “clustering” effect of Disciplines is super interesting and does an awesome job of carrying theme. Indeed. Yet we could cluster spells in the same way. But we're experimenting with a non-spell approach.

@DeanMSimmonsI suggest, strongly, developing an integrated approach to psionics and retconning monsters as needed. We have an integrated approach to psionics in the game, using innate spells and special abilities. The mystic is the variant.

@SaintNoofAs DM, how would you handle the situation if I multiclassed four levels into mystic and didn’t have Wisdom save prof.? As DM, I wouldn't let a player multiclass into an unofficial class that isn't built for multiclassing.
