Greyhawk Initiative can you do nothing? If I have an effect that requires a save can I do nothing to roll save early?I'd allow it

How would feature “If you roll initiative and …” work in Greyhawk initiative system? I believe they trigger only the 1st round. Yeah, that's how I'd manage them

Love the new initiative system. Would simply adding init back every round with no other changes add variety without complexity? it does a little more complexity – IME, setting up d20+mods init requires more bookeeping
