I’m just a librarian that collects and study designer answers.
If you need an official answer you could ask directly via Twitter to Master Jeremy @JeremyECrawford or contact sageadvice@wizards.com

Hello, what happens if I cast the “Command” spell as a reaction (attack of opportunity, for example via the Warcaster feat) ? Does the target takes the commanded action right now (since its currently its turn), or will he/she take it after his current one (wait till his next round) ?
And what if I cast command as a readied action?
