do orien lightning rail dining cars and lyrandar airships have their own cooks or do they have ghallanda staff on hand? Also i had a previous question about the kuo toa i was still curious about. Do they imagine god(ling)s into being real like in other settings? As for the Kuo-toa, they have no canon place in Eberron, so there's no established answer. My knowledge of the kuo-toa is based on first edition and Blibdoolpoolp, so I'm not familiar with the lore you're asking about.
