@JeremyECrawford So why do only Ranger and Wizard learn the spell Steel Wind Strike? Eldritch Knights and Arcane Tricksters can't learn it even though it seems like they would be using it more than the Wizard. Also, Hexblades don't learn this, instead they have Cone of Cold why?

I thought it was odd that Warlocks don’t have access to Chaos Bolt, even though it seems mechanically and thematically perfect for them. Can you elaborate on the decision to not give it to them?
