Why Blood Hunters don’t get 3 or 4 attacks at higher level?

@MrGoingWTheFloJust wondering why Blood Hunters don’t get 3 or 4 attacks at higher level? That's a specific strength of Fighters & would be rather unbalanced! They have the same combat prog as other martial classes
