If you have proficiency with a herbalism kit, are you able to use the spell fabricate to make healing potions? A fighter with no magical capabilities w/ herbalism kit prof can make them, so it doesn’t need an arcane element for creation Fabricate: "Creatures or magic items can't be created or transmuted by this spell." PH pg 239.
Potions of healing are magic items.
