@valtonwhen creating an encounter with creatures that can summon + creatures, do you count the extra ones to calculate the difficult? I believe the ability to summon is accounted for in the summoner's CR

@valton I believe so – don't have rules with me. But now that I think if it, try asking so players do not receive xp for summoned creatures defeated also?@JeremyECrawford
