We spent too much game time Friday night debating whether a paladin could smite in an Anti-Magic field.For example, if a paladin's smite uses a spell slot, does that mean that they're accessing the Weave to produce the effect?

Divine Smite & Improved Divine Smite are definitely in a gray area relative to antimagic field. IDS definitely works there. DS—DM's call.
