Artificer: can magic Thunder Cannons be crafted?

[PART1/2] Can magic Thunder Cannons (+1/+2/+3) be crafted? Or are they already magical and can’t be futher improved?I wouldn't allow improvements – they are already crafted in a sense by the artificer
