Green hag All of the hags are underwhelming, especially given how often WotC wants to use them. It would be okay if they were good at escaping, but they aren’t even that great at that!

Mummy! That is a big one too. I agree with all of these. I have to say that @DMJazzyHands and @SlyFlourishdragons, Vampires, Werewolves (Loup Garoe in VRGTR is what base Werewolf should be IMO), Mummy.
Anything which is intended to be a “Master” Villain IMO. I had to make Strahd into a Mythic Enemy for him to be a threat. 🙁 both boosted Strahd to EPIC levels in private games that made me terrified and thrilled.
