Negative charisma for Intimidate

@RocketshipPilotspeaking CHA, shuldnt the score be absolute when doing an intimidate check?? -2 CHA wiuld then be +2 since they are so ugly there were actually rules for that in AD&D – negative Charisma gave you power to repel/terrify others
