Wait… So 100 gold, a second level spell slot, just for advantage on one roll within an hour? That seems… Really, really weak. It’s not just advantage, but an additional d20 (which can add to Advantage/Disadvantage to have 3 choices to pick), and works on any kind of d20 roll within the time frame of your choice (and scales to additional targets at higher levels), so the flexibility requires balance.
