Finally using Wayfinders Guide for a game. My players went nuts. Wizard student casts with post-it notes. Kalashtar barb/mystic, but really a Chosen who displaced quori with a rage spirit. And warforged warlock – I can’t link warforged and daelkyr. Any advice? Another possibility is that the warforged is normal, but that the daelkyr patron is promising to make it something else—to help it evolve.

Warforged are semi-organic (more plantlike than mammal, but still). One easy possibility is that the creators of the warforged created it with extra "organs" that are the source of its warlock abilities, with new things growing inside it; what could it potentially become?
