Does Shiftweave take a pile of existing outfits and magically merge them into the suit or is the Shiftweave made into new outfits of your choice that it can switch between? When a character creates a set of shiftweave clothes, they choose 5 distinct outfits the shiftweave can become.
The narrative and in-world mechanics of that (whether or not they need to provide 5 actual physical outfits that become 1) is up to you at the table.
