Hi Keith! A question in regards to the lyncantrope change to regen. Would it change perception on things like the Sword of Wounding and Chill Touch that can counter regen? Or what role would forces like BoV and mabaran quintessence have in the lycanthropic surge? If you’re talking about my Wounding Werewolves article, the change is purely cosmetic and has no effect on the mechanics. The point is that the werewolf can be wounded, but wounds from nonmagical weapons doesn’t HURT the lycanthrope as it would hurt another creature. HOWEVER…

… Swords of Wounding are magical weapons and as such bypass lycanthrope damage immunity. But the effect of canceling regeneration doesn’t make lycanthropes suddenly vulnerable to mundane weapons.
