Are there minotaurs in your setting?

I’m behind on my Critical Role, but I do have the campaign guide and I’m wondering…are there minotaurs in your setting? If so are they just standard montsers? Sorry for a random question. There are indeed, though they haven’t come into play in either campaign yet
