Chapter 3 of Rising from the Last War, in the subsection Criminal Activities introduces a House Tarkanan NPC named Rotting Bal, who's listed as a human. However, in Chapter 4, subsection House Tarkanan, he's presented as an elf. What race is he supposed to be?

Elf is a typo; Rotting Bal is human. He first appeared in 3.5 here: https://t.co/oFbBMas7Yp Incidentally, I think that's a picture of him on page 52 of Rising From The Last War.
