since quite a lot of barbarian paths rely on bonus action usage, I’m thinking to leave Shifter activate rage and shifting with the same bonus action. Do you think it would be too game breaking? I've dealt with shifter barbarians both as a player and DM. I've always left rage and shifting as requiring two separate actions, and it's always worked out – it slows you down a bit, but it works. But do what feels right to you!
