If one of the Valaes Tairn were to make a warforged and raise it, would that warforged have a patron ancestor from that family? And if so could it theoretically be a Revenant Blade? I would say that I think the ancestry of the SOUL is crucial. If a Tairnadal SOUL was placed in a new body—either by reincarnation or being placed in a construct body—it should still retain its bond to its patron ancestor.

What do you mean by "Make a warforged?" Standard warforged are created by House Cannith. Do you mean that the elf creates an actual warforged (in which case, how) or some sort of similar living construct?

Obviously it would be a super rare occurrence but would a rich elf buy their way into a creation forge if they wanted a warforged? The creation forges were shut down under the Treaty of Thronehold. But Merrix d'Cannith is happy to perform strange experiments involving warforged, and they may be forges in the Mournland that have been warped by the Mourning and have unusual effects.
