new DM here. I caught your SOME show with #JocksMachina and noticed you had a stagger mechanic I rather liked (removing AoE by a staggered enemy). Is there somewhere I can find that in writing to share with my players? it's something I do in my own games, basically to reward big damage numbers. if a creature loses 1/2 of its hp in one round I shut down its reactions until its next turn.
