How would you handle a Horizon Walker’s ability to “detect portal” in Sigil? Would it be exact, a sensory overload, or essentially doesn’t work or is inaccurate to a degree due to the Lady of Pain’s influence? Exact. Finding a portal is an easy every day occurrence in the City of Doors.
Finding the right key is another matter entirely.
