Are there any groups who use Cards to cast spells?
I have a player who is really set on making a Tarot Card Sorcerer and they are very open to know of any canonical eberron groups that already fit that broad description before i make one up. There's no defined cartomancy forces in canon Eberron that I'm aware of, though it's possilbe I'm forgetting something.

Even if noncannon, If I had to homebrew a sect of cartomancers. Perhaps one of the following:
-Draconic Prophecy observers (either chamber or Dusts followers)
-Practitioners in Aundair
-Tareza UnderlingsAny others good candidate?
and thanks for your time and input of cannon! All three of those ideas make sense to me! I could also see it as a side path of sigilry (the arcane science used to create scrolls) and thus perhaps popular with House Sivis or Zilargo.
