Don’t be afraid to deal with in-game problems out of game

#dnd tip for new DMs: don't be afraid to deal with in-game problems out of game. A player is wrecking the game in character? You don't need to fix the problem in game. Stop the game, step aside, and address the problem. Then get back into the game once resolved.
